iPads have hit the classrooms with a fury! However, often the students know more about how to use them than the teachers! iPads can be a VERY powerful teaching and learning tool! iPads are FAR MORE than just "apps"!!

A word about APPS....
There are millions of apps available and more are coming out daily. There is an app for everything! But that does not all mean they are worth the money. "Free" apps are often a limited "trial" version. Check them out before you buy! Be discerning!
Apps to support Music Education in Elementary

This app has a fun interactive scale offered for free. However, USE CAUTION as it includes the option for "in app purchases". Note: I had difficulty linking the pic and title. Just go visit the iTunes store. :)
This FREE app provides a wide variety of rhythms at various difficulty levels. Students can clap along or play instruments.
